If by large you mean heavy , then anacondas by far up until about a year ago.
The heaviest snake in the world was a female anaconda living in the gurnee mills mall named baby. she weighed in at over 400 pounds!!!! She recently passed away and got a large young burmese python named delilah
This youngster is growing at an outrageous rate and if she lives for another 5 years, she will most likely be the largest snake in the world and will have brought a new name to her entire species.
