What are some active and-or entertaining types of frogs, snakes, or lizards?
I want something that i won't grow extremely bored of. . .but only frogs, snakes, or lizards.

Bearded dragons make wonderful pets. They've got a ton of personality in my opinion. They've got a sweet disposition and are very easy to hand-tame.
It's important to do your research when considering any sort of reptile as a pet, as they need special lighting, nutrition, and conditions. Beardies are low-humidity lizards, but they must have uvb light as well as a warm basking spot (100-110 degrees) for digestion. Also, make sure to find a very good and reputable herp vet in your area before something happens. Not all vets know what to do with reptiles.
A wonderful and informative site for bearded dragons is http://www.beardeddragon.org. I highly recommend doing a lot of research on this site. The people are very friendly and know their stuff.
If you decide to go for another type of reptile, be sure to research them first. Make sure you know the best environment, foods, nutrition requirements, and so on, since some (many) pet shop employees aren't specifically trained in reptile care or are given misinformation. Most types of reptile have some sort of online community, just do a search.
Reptiles make wonderful pets, but they are also quite expensive. Best of luck in finding your new friend
