Snakes as pets???
I want to get a non-venomous snake for a pet. I don't want anything to big maybe something that grows to be about foot or so…does anyone have any information about these kinds of snakes, where i can get them, how much are they etc.

Well, corn snakes are small, but ball pythons get up to 6 feet long and can live for FORTY years.
Your best bet would be to check out herpetological forums and ask people there what they recommend. They are very well educated and want you to know what is what before you buy a snake that you will not want to keep.
