Biggest by weight and length—
Yellow Anaconda 20-25' Up to 500 lbs
Reticulated Python 25-33' Up to 250 lbs
African Rock Python up to @20' 180lbs
Burmese/India Python up to 18' 200 lbs
Amethystine Python up to 18 " 150 lbs
King Cobra up to 18" 40-50 lbs
Boa constrictor up to 14 feet 50 lbs
Green Anaconda
At this point you have quite a lot of snakes in same range
By weight you would go to Blood Pythons, Gaboon Vipers, Bushmasters, Diamond/Carpet Pythons, Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake
If length was taken into account Black Mamba's would be up there are 14 feet.
This is a fairly complete list, but of course there are snakes that would fit into this list in various places towards the bottom of the list.
